Oksana was born in Kyiv 1985 into a family of artists; her parents Panas Tytenko and Olena Yakovenko are both represented by Danusha Fine Arts. She studied at the Art School in Kyiv between 1996 and 2003 and has been a member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine since 2008. Having graduated from the National Art Academy, Kyiv in 2009, Oksana is gaining considerable recognition in Ukraine and further a field. She has been exhibiting with Danusha Fine Arts since 2000.
