Ukrainian Art

Celebrating its 15th anniversary this year, Danusha Fine Arts, established in 1992, has a long standing record of dealing in painting and arts from Ukraine. It specialises in Ukrainian artists who have been praised for their mastery in Avant-garde, Realism, Soviet Realism and Post-Impressionism.

The works date from the early 1950s to late 1990s. They display a range of artistic styles by different generations of established painters including highly celebrated painters such as Petro Magro and Grygoriy Shyshko who need little introduction. Having proudly helped bring other contemporary Ukrainian painters such as Panas Tytenko and Andriy Yalanskyi to a wider European audience, amongst the many talented artists that Danusha Fine Arts promotes there are also painters like Michael Murphenko and Andre Sidersky who with youth and talent have both produced exceptional original material.

Danusha Fine Arts specialise in arranging a large variety of touring exhibitions throughout the UK and abroad of valuable paintings by Ukrainian masters of Realism, Sotz-Realism and Post-Impressionism. For all of its constraints, the rigorous stylistic and technical limitations of the Soviet Era are now paying dividends; led by its fine arts, Ukraine is rightly fast gaining the wider appreciation and investment in its cultural wealth that it deserves. Danusha Fine Arts are proud to have played our role in that process.

Paintings are available for private viewing and sale in central London. Visit exhibitions of art from Ukraine or look directly at the Ukrainian artists featured on the web.
